These terms govern your use of akonstudios.com. They are not the terms of a production engagement — that relationship is governed by a separate signed production agreement, which prevails over anything on this page in the event of conflict.
You may browse this site, and download or print pages for your own reference or to evaluate us as a production partner. You may not scrape, republish, resell or systematically copy its content, or use it to train a machine learning model, without our written permission.
All text, design, code, stills, showreel footage, film titles and marks on this site are the property of Akon Studios or of our clients and collaborators, and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international law. Client work is shown with permission and remains the property of its owner.
Projects displayed here are shown for the purpose of demonstrating our capability. Some are under embargo or NDA and are shown in limited form or omitted entirely. Nothing on this page grants any licence to reuse a client's film, brand assets or footage.
Anything on this site — including timeline tables, budget bands and service descriptions — is indicative and does not constitute an offer. A binding quotation is issued in writing, project-specific, and valid for the period stated on it. Budget figures mentioned on this site are illustrative orientation only.
We are glad to read scripts, decks and concepts. Where you send material without a signed NDA, we will still treat it as confidential, but we cannot accept liability for similarity between your submission and material we are already developing independently. If your material is sensitive, ask us to sign an NDA first — we will.
This site links to third-party platforms such as video hosting, maps and social networks. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, Akon Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
